Bond Offer

SKYCITY issued NZ$125 million of unsubordinated, unsecured, redeemable, fixed rate, seven year bonds on 28 September 2015.

The bonds will pay a fixed rate of interest of 4.65% per annum until the maturity date. Interest will be paid quarterly in arrears in equal amounts on 28 March, 28 June, 28 September and 28 December in each year (or if that day is not a business day, then the next business day) until and including the maturity date.
